Day 1 : Building Magnetism
We begin by building the foundation. Through rhythmic practice and precise technique, the nervous system strengthens, the electromagnetic field expands, and a quiet, undeniable confidence begins to emerge. You leave different than you arrived.

Day 2 : Ignite the Heart
The second day turns the current toward the heart. When magnetism meets love, something aligns that is difficult to describe and impossible to ignore. This is where the practice becomes personal — and the personal becomes universal.

Whether this is your first encounter with Kundalini Yoga or you have been practicing for years, the practice meets you exactly where you are. The body knows more than the mind thinks it does — all that is required is curiosity and willingness to tune in.
