Paula Riquelme is a Chilean-born performance and circus artist based in Berlin. After studying dance and theatre, she found aerial acrobatics to be a form that could bring together movement, acting, installation and costume design without relying on spoken text. Her work combines physical performance, scenographic thinking and craft, seeking to generate an emotional response in the audience through image, movement and atmosphere.
