Misfit. The work explores “the in-between”, the experience of existing between cultures and identities. Glass, metal, and light are fused into a single sculptural body, embodying both tension and harmony. Its core concept is light as presence: a slow, pulsating light body that acts as a quiet companion within a space. Rather than simply illuminating a room, it offers a peaceful presence intended to counter urban loneliness and create a sense of belonging and home.
